For the café, the event represented an extension of its existing coffee culture.

Alongside these established favourites, the café has also developed a refined food menu featuring thoughtfully developed products and flavours designed for a modern palate.
Reimagining the Coffee Menu

The café features contemporary creations such as Iced Orange Coconut Cloud Espresso and Brown Sugar Espresso, providing customers with options beyond conventional coffee beverages.

Two Founders With Different Experiences
San Cafe & Churros was founded by Mr. Vikram Bhasin and Mr. Puneet Babbar, whose professional backgrounds bring different perspectives to the venture.
Bhasin comes with decades of experience in real estate and construction and wanted to explore a new venture within the hospitality industry.
Babbar brings extensive experience in the Indian wine and spirits industry, particularly in retail, and is now also involved hands-on in spirits manufacturing.
Their different experiences have come together in developing a café concept that aims to combine hospitality, food, beverages and social experiences.
From London’s Café Culture to South Delhi
Babbar’s years of studying and living in London also influenced the philosophy behind San Cafe & Churros.
London’s relaxed coffee-shop culture exposed him to cafés where coffee, hot chocolate and churros were part of everyday social life. People could spend hours with friends, study, work or simply unwind without feeling rushed.
When he returned to Delhi, Babbar saw an opportunity to create a similar casual and welcoming environment while giving it a distinctly Delhi character.
That vision became part of the foundation of San Cafe & Churros.
