New Delhi, India: Indian deep-tech startup Vachak AI is advancing its vision of making artificial intelligence more accessible, practical and outcome-driven across sectors that affect millions of people. The company received recognition in the Aspire Category for AI Startups at India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from October 7–10, where it represented Chhattisgarh.
Founded by twin brothers Karan Singh and Arjun Singh, Vachak AI is building AI-powered platforms that go beyond conventional chatbots and automation tools. Its broader vision is to make complex technology useful in everyday operations, helping institutions communicate more effectively, make better-informed decisions and serve people at scale.
Building AI for Education and Agriculture
In education, Vachak AI develops AI-powered solutions for universities and institutions, including conversational AI, multilingual engagement, admissions support and student communication. The objective is to help institutions respond to enquiries more efficiently, improve access to information and strengthen engagement with students and prospective applicants.
In agriculture, the company is developing Vachak AgriAI, an initiative focused on soil intelligence, climate and satellite-based insights, and farm-specific recommendations. By bringing together field measurements and geospatial intelligence, the initiative aims to help farmers make more informed decisions about crop management and resource use.
The agriculture initiative has progressed into field validation, with the team reporting pilot activity involving more than 100 farmers across over 100 acres. The next phase is intended to expand validation and assess the usefulness of its recommendations under real farming conditions.
Across both sectors, the underlying approach is consistent: use AI not merely to generate information, but to make relevant intelligence more accessible and actionable for the people who need it.
From Indian Challenges to Scalable Technology
Vachak AI's work reflects a broader opportunity for India to build deep-tech solutions around its own institutional, linguistic and agricultural realities. From multilingual communication in education to data-informed decision support in agriculture, the company is exploring how AI can address challenges that are often underserved by generic technology products.
The company's reported operating milestones include more than 100 institutional clients, engagement with over 40 universities, and AI-powered interactions and calling activity at significant scale. Its technology supports multiple Indian languages, helping address accessibility barriers in diverse communities.
The company is also exploring applications for public services, where conversational AI and intelligent workflows can potentially make information and assistance easier to access.
Recognition at IMC 2026
The recognition at India Mobile Congress 2026 marks an important milestone in Vachak AI's journey. For the team, it represents an opportunity to bring greater visibility to its work and to the potential of Indian startups building applied AI for complex, real-world environments.
The founders believe that the next phase of AI innovation must be measured not only by technological sophistication, but also by its ability to deliver practical value, improve inclusion and produce meaningful outcomes.
“Our vision is to build technology from India that solves real problems at scale. Whether we are helping an educational institution engage with students or developing intelligence tools for farmers, our focus is on making AI accessible, useful and outcome-driven. We believe the true value of AI lies in the difference it makes in people's lives,” said the Vachak AI founding team.
Building for the Next Phase of AI Adoption
As AI adoption expands across industries, Vachak AI aims to continue developing and validating its solutions through institutional partnerships, field deployments and technology development. Its longer-term ambition is to build scalable AI infrastructure that connects intelligent systems with real-world workflows, local needs and measurable impact.
For the founders, the journey is about more than building individual products. It is about demonstrating how an Indian deep-tech company can develop technology that is locally relevant, inclusive by design and capable of addressing challenges with global significance.
