One of the key pillars behind KDSA's training operations is its Head Trainer, Mr. Manav Bhutkar. At a relatively young age, Manav has taken on the significant responsibility of leading and managing the academy's entire trainer team.
His strong academic background, combined with multiple professional certifications, reflects his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in sports education.
His academic and professional qualifications include:
- Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.E.D) – University of Mumbai.
- Professionally Certified in International Micronutrients in Fitness & Health – Doctors' Foundation and Meyer Vitabiotics, UK.

Manav plays a vital role in the day-to-day functioning and growth of KDSA. His responsibilities extend far beyond conducting coaching sessions. He actively manages the trainer team, coordinates with athletes, provides technical guidance, mentors and grooms young trainers, and ensures that athletes receive the right guidance in sports nutrition, physical fitness and overall performance development.
He also takes a keen interest in training and developing fellow trainers, ensuring that KDSA maintains consistent coaching standards and delivers quality sports education across its centres.
