JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND — The Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Seva Samiti has strengthened its organisational framework with the formation of its committee under the leadership of patron Shri Gautam Dey. The development marks another step for the social organisation as it prepares to expand its community-oriented activities and undertake larger programmes in the coming period.

As part of the new organisational arrangement, prominent social worker and respected community figure Shri Anand Bihari Dubey has been appointed as National Vice President of the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Seva Samiti. The appointment took place in the presence of committee members and reflects the organisation’s focus on bringing experienced and socially active individuals into key responsibilities.

Shri Anand Bihari Dubey is associated with social and community activities in Jamshedpur and is known for his engagement with people at the grassroots level. His new responsibility is expected to strengthen the Samiti’s efforts to connect with different sections of society and encourage wider participation in its welfare initiatives.

The organisation has emphasised that its approach will remain centred on taking everyone along and working collectively for the welfare of society. Rather than limiting its activities to a particular group, the Samiti aims to build wider community participation through programmes focused on social welfare, youth empowerment, community development and people-centric initiatives.

A significant part of the organisation’s journey has also been shaped by the continued contribution of its patron, Shri Gautam Dey. He has been associated with the Samiti since its inception and has remained closely connected with its activities from the beginning. Members credit Dey with providing consistent support, guidance and organisational involvement over the years.

His long-standing association has helped maintain continuity within the organisation while supporting its efforts to develop new initiatives. Even today, Dey continues to remain actively involved and is contributing to the Samiti’s plans for future social and community programmes. His role remains an important source of institutional experience as the organisation moves towards a broader phase of activity.

With the committee now taking shape, the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Seva Samiti is preparing to organise several major programmes in Jamshedpur and other areas. The upcoming initiatives are expected to focus on community welfare, social awareness, youth participation and support for people who need assistance. The organisation intends to use these programmes to create a stronger platform for collective social action.

The appointment of Anand Bihari Dubey is also being seen as part of this broader expansion. With his community presence and social engagement, the organisation expects him to contribute to strengthening coordination among members and expanding outreach. The leadership has reiterated the importance of collective participation and working together beyond individual interests.

The Samiti’s renewed organisational focus comes at a time when community-based initiatives remain important in addressing local social needs. By combining experienced leadership with wider participation, the organisation aims to build a sustained programme of activities rather than focusing only on individual events.

For Jamshedpur, the development represents an effort to bring social workers, community representatives and volunteers onto a common platform. With the newly formed committee, continued guidance from Gautam Dey and the appointment of Anand Bihari Dubey as National Vice President, the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Seva Samiti is looking ahead to a new phase of social engagement, larger public programmes and community-focused work in Jharkhand.
