Mumbai, India | August 2026

The Professional Travel Agents and Hotels Association (PTAHA) is preparing for a significant presence at TTF Mumbai 2026, with more than 10 PTAHA member organisations set to participate under the PTAHA Pavilion. The three-day travel trade exhibition is scheduled from 20 to 22 August 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.

The participation represents another important milestone for PTAHA and reflects the growing engagement of travel agents, tour operators, hotels, destination management companies and other professionals within the association’s expanding network.

PTAHA Pavilion to Create New Business Opportunities

The PTAHA Pavilion is expected to provide participating members with a dedicated platform to showcase their travel and hospitality offerings while connecting with industry professionals from across India.

For participating organisations, the exhibition presents opportunities to explore potential business collaborations, strengthen industry relationships, promote their services and increase visibility within India’s competitive tourism marketplace.

PTAHA’s participation also reinforces its objective of creating practical business opportunities for members rather than limiting its role to conventional industry networking.

Leadership to Support Members at TTF Mumbai

Mr. Rishi Deepak Budhadev, National President, PTAHA, will lead the association’s participation at the exhibition. Speaking about the event, he emphasised the importance of creating platforms where tourism professionals can connect, promote their businesses and grow collectively.

“Our participation at TTF Mumbai is another step towards building a stronger and more united tourism fraternity. The growing number of members participating under the PTAHA Pavilion is a clear indication of the trust our members have placed in the association. We are committed to creating platforms where our members can network, promote their businesses and grow together.”

Mr. Suresh Nair, Vice President, PTAHA, will also be present at the exhibition alongside the National President. The leadership team will engage with participating members and travel trade professionals throughout the event.

Membership Drive to Remain a Key Focus

Alongside business networking and member promotion, PTAHA’s membership initiative will be one of the key focus areas during TTF Mumbai 2026.

The association plans to use the three-day exhibition to connect with prospective members and introduce tourism professionals to the benefits of becoming part of its professional network.

Travel agents, tour operators, hotels, destination management companies and other tourism stakeholders visiting the exhibition will have an opportunity to interact directly with the PTAHA leadership and participating members.

Strengthening India’s Travel and Tourism Community

PTAHA’s presence at TTF Mumbai forms part of its broader objective of strengthening collaboration within India’s travel and hospitality industry.

The association continues to focus on initiatives including trade fair participation, business networking, promotional opportunities, FAM trips, knowledge-sharing programmes, webinars and industry engagement activities.

Through these initiatives, PTAHA aims to create an ecosystem where tourism professionals can access opportunities for learning, networking, promotion and business development.

A Platform for Collaboration and Visibility

With more than 10 member organisations participating under the PTAHA Pavilion, the association expects its presence at TTF Mumbai 2026 to become a meeting point for travel and tourism professionals seeking new partnerships and business opportunities.

For participating members, the pavilion can provide additional visibility within one of the industry’s key trade environments while allowing them to present their offerings directly to relevant stakeholders.

For PTAHA, the event is also an opportunity to demonstrate the value of collective participation and industry collaboration.

Looking Ahead

The travel and tourism sector continues to evolve as businesses respond to changing consumer expectations, new destinations, digital transformation and increasing competition. In this environment, professional networks can play an important role in helping businesses connect, collaborate and identify new opportunities.

PTAHA’s participation at TTF Mumbai 2026 reflects its continued focus on creating such opportunities for its members.

The association invites travel agents, tour operators, hoteliers, destination management companies and other tourism professionals attending the exhibition to visit the PTAHA Pavilion, meet participating members and explore opportunities to become part of the association’s growing professional community.

With its leadership team, participating members and membership initiative coming together at TTF Mumbai, PTAHA aims to make the exhibition a productive platform for networking, collaboration, business development and industry engagement.
