Many preschools focus mainly on early reading, writing and numbers. These matter, but the early years are about much more. SmartelixKidz® takes a holistic approach, looking at the whole child: feelings, friendships, speech, movement, thinking and creativity.
The school works on twelve life skills, from emotional development, listening and communication to motor skills, early math, problem-solving and creativity. In daily life, a child who says "I am sad because my friend took my toy" is learning emotional skills. A child who cuts paper with scissors is strengthening the fingers needed for writing. A child who solves a puzzle with friends learns teamwork and problem-solving together.
Several things set the school apart:
- A 1:10 child-to-educator ratio, so every child gets attention, recognition and acceptance.
- Qualified, trained educators with at least 10 years of experience, who can calm a crying toddler and guide a conflict between friends with patience.
- A psychologically designed curriculum, where learning is hands-on and joyful.
- A large play area, where children can run, climb and explore.
Safety comes first. The school has CCTV, secure entry, fire safety measures, and child-safe furniture and infrastructure, with trained support staff always present. It offers Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG, so children grow step by step.

Learning does not stop at the classroom door. The school holds annual days, sports days and field trips, giving children chances to perform, compete and explore. Festivals are celebrated through the year, with a focus on heritage, traditionsand rituals. A child who understands why a festival is celebrated grows up with a stronger sense of identity and respect for others.

Amit Satpute (15+ YearsExp), the co-founder is a Biotechnology and Law graduate from SavitribaiPhule Pune University, he also holds a Master's degree in Business Management, a Master's in Psychology, and certifications in Child Care, Nutrition, Digital Marketing and Leadership Development. Before founding Smartelix®, he spent nearly half a decade at KPMG working in consulting — experience that sharpened his understanding of both people and business.
SonaliOmble(12+ YearsExp), the co-founderand Principal is an expert in child care and early childhood education. She developed a customised approach to teaching phonics that has helped many children learn to read and write English, and she has trained teachers, parents and trainers in the method.
SayaliLokhande(10+ YearsExp), the co-founder and assessments head, holds a Master's degree in Psychology and certifications in Child Care and Nutrition. She has conducted many workshops for students.
Together, they share one belief: the right push in early childhood can help every child reach their full potential.
