Since then, the foundation has actively worked across multiple social causes aimed at creating sustainable community impact.
Improving Access to Healthcare
One of the major focus areas of Ujjwal Baluja’s work has been healthcare awareness and accessibility. Under his leadership, Gauri Shankar Social Foundation has organized free medical camps in collaboration with reputed healthcare institutions, including:

- Rathi Hospital
Through these initiatives, the organization has successfully provided free health check-ups to more than 400 individuals, helping people access essential medical consultations and preventive healthcare services.
According to Ujjwal, healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of economic background, and community health initiatives can play a vital role in early diagnosis and awareness.
Supporting Communities Through Food and Hydration Drives
Beyond healthcare, the foundation has actively participated in humanitarian efforts aimed at supporting vulnerable communities.
Over the past year, Ujjwal and his team have organized food distribution and summer hydration drives benefiting more than 800 people. These initiatives were designed to provide relief during extreme weather conditions while ensuring that basic necessities reached those who needed them most.
The foundation has also extended its compassion to animal welfare by providing food and water support to more than 100 animals, reinforcing its commitment to serving all living beings.
Promoting Cleanliness and Environmental Awareness
Environmental responsibility is another important pillar of Ujjwal’s social work journey.
The foundation recently conducted a cleanliness awareness campaign in Chander Vihar with the support of Kaashh Magic Foundation and Babina Shokeen, Municipal Councillor for Ward No. 36 (Nilothi), Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
The initiative focused on promoting public participation in cleanliness efforts, spreading awareness about environmental responsibility, and encouraging citizens to contribute toward maintaining cleaner neighborhoods.
According to Ujjwal, community participation is essential for creating long-term change, and public awareness remains one of the most effective tools for environmental improvement.

Looking ahead, Ujjwal Baluja aims to expand the reach and impact of Gauri Shankar Social Foundation through larger healthcare and community development initiatives.
One of his key goals is to organize a Mega Medical Camp that brings together top doctors and specialists from multiple medical fields to provide comprehensive healthcare support to underprivileged individuals.
In addition, he plans to continue strengthening cleanliness awareness campaigns and environmental initiatives while encouraging greater civic participation in community welfare activities.
