Choosing a digital marketing agency is an important decision for any business. I decided to work with LeadsWallah for Meta Ads based on the discussions I had with their team and the expectations that were communicated before I purchased their service.

Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.

After making the payment, I felt that the overall service quality was below what I had anticipated. I was expecting regular communication, clear campaign updates, and support in achieving the advertising objectives we had discussed. In my experience, the communication and service delivery did not meet those expectations.

As my concerns grew, I contacted the company to discuss the issues and requested a resolution. When I remained dissatisfied with the outcome, I requested a refund. My refund request was declined, citing the company’s policy. This left me disappointed, as I did not feel the service I received represented good value for my business.

Throughout the engagement, I also found my interactions with customer support frustrating. I would have preferred more responsive communication and a greater effort to address the concerns I raised.

Lessons for Businesses

Based on my experience, I recommend that businesses:

* Obtain a detailed written scope of work before making payment.

* Ask for realistic expectations instead of verbal assurances.

* Clarify the refund and cancellation policy in writing.

* Request regular reporting and defined communication timelines.

* Keep records of all conversations, invoices, and campaign reports.

Digital advertising requires transparency, clear expectations, and consistent communication. My experience reinforced the importance of documenting every commitment before engaging any agency.
