India: As India strengthens its focus on creating a skilled and future-ready workforce, organizations that successfully integrate vocational training, CSR initiatives, and employment generation are playing a pivotal role in national development. Among the leaders contributing to this transformation is Vineet Yati, Managing Director of Kivisory Skills Private Limited, whose work is helping build sustainable pathways from skill development to meaningful employment.

With a strong emphasis on employability and community empowerment, Vineet Yati has guided Kivisory Skills in delivering large-scale training programmes that align with evolving industry needs. The organization serves as an official training partner of the Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI) and has collaborated with CREDAI under the NIPUN (National Initiative for Promoting Upskilling of Nirman Workers) programme of the Ministry of Rural Development. It has also implemented Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0, supporting India’s mission of creating a highly skilled workforce.

Beyond government initiatives, Kivisory Skills has partnered with prominent organizations such as CREDAI CSR Foundation to execute CSR-driven projects focused on workforce development, entrepreneurship, livelihood creation, and employability enhancement. Supported by an experienced team and a nationwide network of over 250 NGOs, educational institutions, and community partners, the organization has expanded its reach to underserved regions while ensuring quality implementation and measurable outcomes.

A major step in the organization’s growth is the establishment of its International Training and Recruitment Centre in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, created to prepare Indian candidates for employment opportunities in Singapore. The centre delivers practical training, competency assessments, safety orientation, and recruitment support, helping candidates meet international workforce standards before deployment.

In addition to leading large-scale projects, Vineet Yati actively supports the broader development ecosystem by sharing insights on skill development, employability, entrepreneurship, and CSR implementation. He also works closely with NGOs and development organisations, helping strengthen project planning, execution, and long-term social impact through collaborative partnerships.

As Kivisory Skills continues to expand its national presence and international workforce initiatives, Vineet Yati remains committed to building an ecosystem where skill development serves as a catalyst for employment, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth. His leadership reflects a long-term vision of empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and contributing to India’s evolving workforce landscape through sustainable and industry-focused solutions.
