Many successful businesses begin with a great idea.

For Mokshita Paswani and Jay Mohnani, the story began with a shared mindset.

Long before Grov Media served businesses across multiple countries, both founders were independently exploring the worlds of entrepreneurship, digital business, marketing, content creation, and online opportunities.

At the time, Mokshita was actively trying to understand the rapidly evolving digital landscape and how individuals could create opportunities through the internet.

Jay had already spent years exploring business ventures, events, digital marketing, online communities, and emerging opportunities in the creator and entrepreneurial economy.

What started as conversations around business, ambition, and growth gradually evolved into a friendship.

That friendship evolved into a business partnership.

And eventually, into a partnership in life.

Throughout every stage of the journey, one thing remained consistent:

A shared belief that growth should never be limited by geography, conventional paths, or traditional expectations.

Built Around a Shared Mission

Unlike many relationships that happen to involve business, entrepreneurship was present from the very beginning of Mokshita and Jay’s connection.

Their conversations centered around ideas, opportunities, personal growth, freedom, business building, and the desire to create something meaningful.

Over time, those conversations turned into projects.

Projects turned into clients.

Clients turned into systems.

And eventually, those experiences led to the creation of Grov Media.

Founded in 2021, Grov Media has grown into a global Growth & Conversion Firm that has supported more than 100 businesses across India, North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and other international markets through growth consulting, conversion optimization, automation, and implementation.

While the business has grown significantly, the founders remain driven by the same mission that initially brought them together:

Helping people create more opportunities, more freedom, and more meaningful outcomes through entrepreneurship.

Building More Than a Company

For Mokshita and Jay, entrepreneurship was never solely about revenue.

It was about creating freedom.

The freedom to choose how they spend their time.
The freedom to work from anywhere.
The freedom to build projects aligned with their values.
The freedom to create a life designed intentionally rather than by default.

For several years, the couple built both their relationship and business remotely while serving clients across different parts of the world.

More recently, they established their office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, creating a foundation from which they continue expanding Grov Media’s global footprint.

According to the founders, success is not simply measured by business growth.

It is measured by the ability to create a life that combines purpose, flexibility, impact, and meaningful experiences.

Why Experiences Matter

Through their work at Grov Media, Mokshita and Jay spend much of their time helping businesses better understand the people they serve.

Their work revolves around customer psychology, decision-making, customer experience, systems, growth, and human behavior.

That perspective extends far beyond business.

The founders believe the most memorable brands, destinations, businesses, and experiences all share one thing in common:

They understand how people want to feel.

Whether a customer chooses a service, a hotel, a destination, a product, or an experience, trust and emotional connection continue to play a significant role in decision-making.

This belief has shaped how the couple approaches entrepreneurship, travel, partnerships, and life itself.

Rather than viewing travel as simply visiting new places, they see it as an opportunity to understand different cultures, experiences, communities, and perspectives.

It is also one of the reasons they have become increasingly interested in collaborating with hospitality brands, travel experiences, tourism initiatives, entrepreneur communities, and organizations that share similar values around growth, freedom, customer experience, and meaningful impact.

Complementary Strengths, Shared Vision

One of the defining aspects of their partnership is the way their strengths complement one another.

Mokshita focuses on customer psychology, growth strategy, positioning, and understanding what drives decisions.

Jay specializes in systems, automation, operations, implementation, and execution.

Together, they combine strategic thinking with operational execution—a balance that has helped shape GROV Media’s diagnostic-first approach to growth.

The founders believe sustainable success rarely comes from doing more.

It comes from understanding what matters most and building systems that support it.

That philosophy influences not only how they work with clients but also how they approach their own lives.

Looking Ahead

As they continue growing Grov Media and expanding their global reach, Mokshita and Jay remain focused on a vision that extends beyond traditional business success.

They hope to continue building a company that creates impact, opportunities, and freedom while collaborating with people, brands, destinations, and communities that value meaningful experiences and long-term relationships.

Their journey reflects a simple belief:

When two people share a common vision, complementary strengths, and a commitment to growth, it becomes possible to build something greater than a business.

It becomes possible to build a life.
