The site-based approach enables workers to relate training to their daily responsibilities, understand potential workplace hazards and strengthen their familiarity with appropriate safety procedures. Such interventions are important in an industry where workforce preparedness, hazard recognition and adherence to safety protocols play a critical role in responsible project execution.
CREDAI CSR Foundation Advances Construction-Worker Development Across India
CREDAI CSR Foundation works to advance construction-worker welfare through initiatives focused on skill development and broader social impact. Its engagement with member developers helps bring training and related interventions directly to construction sites, connecting workforce development with the practical requirements of the industry.
The programme at DAC Prospera and DAC Harmony illustrates how collaboration between a CSR foundation, a developer and a specialised training implementation partner can support construction-worker development at the project level.
As India’s construction sector continues to grow, investing in workers’ skills, practical knowledge and safety awareness remains essential to strengthening workforce readiness. Through its pan-India initiatives, CREDAI CSR Foundation continues to champion construction-worker development and promote a stronger culture of safety across the construction ecosystem.
